Job Description

The primary responsibility of  this role is to work with teams to ensure the overall quality of deliverables, monitoring workflow and timelines, as well as managing client expectations.

Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the project scope, timeline, assets, and overall quality of the deliverables.

 

This person is a natural leader and enjoys participating in creative brainstorming and ideation meetings. He or she excels when it comes to providing exceptional service and building trust with clients as well as the creative, design and technology teams.

 

The Creative Lead is expected to protect the integrity of the creative while ensuring all client expectations are consistently met or exceeded. The ideal candidate is passionate about print and digital media production, has exposure to video production and editing experience and/or insight, and has a strong intuitive understanding of timing, a good balance of creativity and attention to detail, a willingness to learn and research new subjects, and a good deal of pop culture knowledge.

Our ideal candidate is able to assemble and edit creative briefs by him or herself, as well as mentoring others to realize their vision.

 

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of each stage of the project lifecycle

  • Management of task queues

  • Ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to spec

  • Work schedule creation and supervision

  • Ensuring resources are adequately equipped to perform

  • Coaching and performance management of team members

  • Create and coordinate initiatives to improve and maintain quality

  • Learning all aspects of clients’ businesses and management of their expectations

  • Creating and maintaining knowledge and process documentation

  • Periodic reporting on the account and team performance

  • Manage team productivity and attendance

  • Create and update all relevant process documents

  • Embrace and apply company core values - Agility, Quality, and Accountability. 

  • For headcount deployment to new/existing accounts as needed.

  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
